Associazione Santa Maria del Tronto ODV

The Santa Maria ODV Association was founded by residents and friends of the village with the aim of preserving the historical and cultural identity of Santa Maria di Acquasanta Terme, a symbolic place for the area’s thermal heritage and rural traditions.

The association brings together a united and active community committed to enhancing the village through cultural, recreational, and promotional initiatives that involve all generations. Among its most representative activities are the organization of the Santa Maria Festival—a central event in the life of the village—and its active participation in the Autumn Festival of Acquasanta Terme, where the association promotes local products and the memory of ancient traditions.

Through its ongoing efforts, the ODV contributes to the care of public spaces, the promotion of local tourism, and the enhancement of the natural and thermal heritage, particularly the Lu Vurghe springs and the area surrounding the mill on the Tronto River.

Today, the Santa Maria Association is a true point of reference for the village’s social life, safeguarding a genuine sense of belonging and fostering a shared vision of sustainable and community-oriented development.
