Azienda Agricola Ferroni Montecalvo is a young beekeeping farm producing high-altitude honeys on the Marche side of the Laga Mountains, obtained exclusively from spontaneous blooms that reflect the area’s native biodiversity. And not only that…
Our apiaries are located in the forests of the Laga Mountains, in an unspoiled environment far from pollution and pesticides. Here there are no intensive crops—only small family gardens. We raise our bees by respecting their natural biological cycle, without forcing production in any way.
This means we produce a limited quantity of honey, but of exceptionally high quality. Staying true to our philosophy, we produce only honeys that follow the natural predominance of annual spontaneous blooms: Chestnut or, more generally, Wildflower Forest Honey.
