The property began as a farmhouse built in 1771, the first settlement of the family, expanded several times over the centuries. Since 2002, thanks to the vision and commitment of Fausta Lida and Ascenzio, the old rural house has become a cornerstone of mountain hospitality: a place that preserves the traditions, knowledge and authentic products of the territory.

The activity combines typical local cuisine with family-style hospitality, offering 5 rooms for a total of 10 beds, designed for guests seeking an immersive experience among centuries-old chestnut woods, the mushrooms of the Laga Mountains, and the silence of high-altitude landscapes.

It was the first Educational Farm in the Municipality of Acquasanta Terme, opening its doors to schools, families and hikers wishing to learn more about rural and mountain culture. Today, it serves as a regional and academic reference point for the study of chestnut diseases, collaborating on scientific projects and initiatives dedicated to enhancing the chestnut-production chain.
