It&#8217;s a vision that doesn&#8217;t belong to the valley: Venamartello observes everything from above, with ancient wisdom, as if its stones were indicating the path. <\/p>\n<p>It is the living gateway to the Valle del Fosso dei Colori, the natural watershed that introduces the world of the Lost Apennines: deep forests, streams carved by water, paths invisible to those who don&#8217;t seek them.<br \/>\nAnd it&#8217;s also the support of the Ville sui Tufi: a node, a pivot, the village that holds together Tallacano, Vallefusella, Cocoscia, Rocchetta, Piandelloro and Agore. All villages that can&#8217;t be seen, all places that live behind the landscape.<br \/>\nExcept for this one. <\/p>\n<p>Venamartello shows itself precisely for this reason:<br \/>\nto remind that beyond the ridge there isn&#8217;t &#8220;out of the way&#8221;, but another world.<br \/>\nA world where houses are built against sandstone, where passages are made of history and wind, where every stone seems sculpted to endure.<\/p>\n<p>Walking towards the village, you feel that something changes.<br \/>\nThe air, the rhythm, the light.<br \/>\nAnd when you finally reach it, Venamartello welcomes you without speaking: the view is enough, the silence is enough, the sudden sense of having entered a place that holds more memory than the entire valley can contain is enough.<\/p>\n<p>Venamartello is not just a village.<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s an observation point. It&#8217;s a guardian. And we had fun for once capturing it to showcase its beauty from above.
