This passage, nestled between dense woods and steep slopes, was once one of the most traveled routes for residents to move around, trade, and reach fields and pastures. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"865\">From Sasso Spaccato, you can easily reach:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"866\" data-end=\"1145\">\n<li data-start=\"866\" data-end=\"1002\">\n<p data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"1002\"><strong data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"881\">Peracchia<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"884\" data-end=\"898\">Capodirigo<\/strong> through the <strong data-start=\"913\" data-end=\"924\">Savucco<\/strong>, an ancient woodland trail that followed the natural line of the mountain.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1003\" data-end=\"1145\">\n<p data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1145\">The hamlets of <strong data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1035\">Santa Maria<\/strong>, passing through the paths of <strong data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1072\">Cocoscia<\/strong>, another historic route connecting the high ridge to the inhabited areas.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1174\"><strong data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1174\">A mysterious place<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1175\" data-end=\"1491\">The silent atmosphere and the imposing rock cleft have contributed, over time, to create an aura of mystery around this place.
